Josh (”Milky”) und Omar waren einst best Freunde und werden zu Rivalen, als sie in konkurrierende breakdance teams eintreten. Während Omar international bekannt wird und Josh mit dem Gesetz kämpft, werden die B-Boy City Events, die der visionäre street dancer Romeo Navarro organisiert, zum Meilenstein auf ihrer Reise zum Erwachsenwerden. Capturing the raw power of a grassroots hip-hop movement in the heart of Texas, the award-winning documentary INSIDE THE CIRCLE tells the story of three talented b-boys. Josh (”Milky”) and Omar are former best friends who become rivals when they join competing dance crews. As Omar rises to international renown and Josh tangles with the law, the B-Boy City events thrown by visionary street dancer Romeo Navarro serve as milestones in their journey to adulthood.
